ACCESS TO SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES OR REDUCED MOBILITY

The company ensures accessibility and the availability of appropriate services in all its managed Service Areas and is also committed to continuously updating information on its digital channels, which are accessible via mobile devices.

In particular, in compliance with the obligations set forth by Resolution 132/2024, Tangenziale di Napoli S.p.A. undertakes to ensure the availability of an adequate number of accessible parking spaces and restrooms within the Service Areas across its managed network, in collaboration with the service providers operating there.

To ensure easy access to information regarding dedicated services, Tangenziale di Napoli S.p.A. has activated a dedicated phone assistance service, providing a specific option (key 8) on the toll-free number 803.111.
