Traffic Restriction: Toll Refund
Following traffic restrictions due to scheduled maintenance closures, if re-entering the Tangenziale, it is possible to request a refund for the last transit according to the procedures outlined below:
- The customer must retain the receipt for the initial toll payment, whether using a manual or automatic toll booth.
- If exiting through a manual toll booth, upon re-entry, the customer must present the previously collected receipt to the toll collection staff, avoiding the need to pay the toll again.
- If exiting through an automatic toll booth, upon re-entry, the customer can collect the receipt for the toll paid and request a refund at the Fuorigrotta Service Center or by sending a copy of the receipt via email to info@tangenzialedinapoli.it, including their personal details and bank account information.
- Customers using an electronic toll device must communicate their device number via email to info@tangenzialedinapoli.it."
