Toll Collection Methods
The signage placed at each exit lane of the toll stations is designed to facilitate payment operations, allowing users to clearly and immediately identify the different payment methods available at each lane.

Failure to Pay
In some cases it may happen that the toll is not paid at the same time as the transit due to lack of money, incorrect reading of the cards, insufficient credit, etc. Under no circumstances is it permitted to reverse and, in automatic gates, it is necessary to press the assistance request button and wait for the operator's response. If it is not possible to resolve the problem, the license plate is photographed and a receipt is issued containing a Failure to Pay Report
How to pay the Non-Payment Report
The amount can be paid without commissions on the website www.autostrade.it in the Punto Blu On Line section or on the Free To X App with credit and prepaid cards belonging to the VISA, Mastercard, Postepay and Maestro circuits. Alternatively, payment can be made:
- at the motorway toll booths of the network;
- by bank transfer to Banca Intesa Sanpaolo IBAN code – IT 39E0306902887100000002973 - made out to Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. (ASPI), indicating in the reason for payment the vehicle's license plate number, the day of transit, the exit station/lane and the RMPP number;
- online, by connecting to our website www.tangenzialedinapoli.it and following, from the main menu, the item "payments > non-payment of toll";
- at over 45,000 Mooney (SisalPay) points (Bars, Tobacconists, Newsagents) spread throughout the country (for information and costs we invite you to check inside the affiliated points of sale or on the website https://www.mooney.it/) by communicating the RMPP number.
