FiPiLi, CDT, ANAS Compartimento Toscana, ASPI, and ANAS Compartimento Lazio), ensures real-time information exchange and the proper management, including joint management, of problems related to particular events or emergencies in order to implement the best and most effective operational countermeasures.

Specifically, in the event of traffic disruptions, specific operating procedures are adopted, including:

Each Service Area of Tangenziale di Napoli S.p.A. is equipped with toilet facilities and parking spaces reserved for persons with disabilities or reduced mobility. To ensure easy access to information on services dedicated to PRMs, specific telephone assistance has been activated by providing the Number dedicated to customers 081-725.41.11 from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:00.
