The Service Charter has been drafted in accordance with the “Directive for the Adoption of the Highway Service Charter” issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (No. 102 of February 19, 2009) and the “Operational Instructions” from ANAS (January 29, 2010). It serves as a commitment to ensuring that users can experience an increasingly safe, sustainable, and comfortable journey.
It is also a way to highlight the dedication and effort of the men and women who work every day to ensure that Tangenziale di Napolib> continues to fulfill its role as a vital access route to the metropolitan city of Naples.
Given the changing traffic conditions and the introduction of new regulations in the sector, an ambitious investment planb> has been launched to keep pace with the evolving needs of mobility and the development of the city and its surrounding areas. This initiative includes:
- Upgrading key infrastructure elements such as bridges, viaducts, and tunnels
- Implementing technological modernization to enhance efficiency and safety
The planned interventions, representing a total investment of over €200 million, will be carried out over the next four years, involving more than 300 professionals, in addition to company employees and the extended workforce from related industries. This effort will make the infrastructure safer, more innovative, and more sustainable.
